Mystery Packs — Terms & Conditions

By purchasing a Mystery Pack from The Lullaby Club, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Mystery Means... MYSTERY!

Each pack is pre-packed and selected at random. We do not know what’s inside, and cannot customise or swap pieces. That’s part of the fun!

2. Pack Options & Pricing:

• Women’s Mystery Pack: 4 items for $50 (Estimated RRP $350+)
• Denim Pack: Black Lola Shirt + Jeans for $30 (Estimated RRP $209)
• Kids Pack: 4 items for $30 (Estimated RRP $240)

3. Sizes:

• Women’s: Sizes 6–26 and some XS, SM, ML, LXL, XXL (very limited)
• Kids: Sizes 1–6 (best suited for ages 1–6)
• Denim: Sizes 6–26

Please note: Some items may have slight sizing inconsistencies.

4. What You Might Receive:

Your pack may include:

• End-of-line stock
• Leftover warehouse sale items
• Design samples
• One-off pieces from photoshoots
• Items with minor faults (e.g. loose threads, small holes, marks, or sizing errors)

We do our best to ensure quality, but items may not be 100% perfect — hence the
heavily
discounted price.

5. No Returns, Refunds or Exchanges:

All sales are final. We cannot offer returns, exchanges or refunds on mystery packs for change of mind, sizing, faults, or duplicates.

6. Double-Ups:

If you purchase more than one pack, there is a chance you may receive duplicates. We cannot guarantee variety across packs.

7. Discount Codes:

Mystery Packs are excluded from all discount codes, sales or promotional offers.

8. Limited Stock:

Once they're gone, they're gone forever. There will be no restocks.

9. Purchase Acknowledgement Required:

At checkout, you must tick a box to acknowledge and accept these terms and conditions. If you do not agree, we kindly suggest not purchasing a pack.

10. Warehouse Sale Note:

If you attended our in-person warehouse sale, please note that the mystery packs are made from leftover stock and samples from that event.
