• While admins can help mediate, they cannot recover funds.
- File a PayPal Dispute:
• If you used PayPal Goods & Services, open a dispute through PayPal.
• Provide them with all necessary documentation to prove your claim.
• PayPal’s buyer protection policy can help you recover your money in case of fraud.
- Contact Your Bank:
• If you paid via another method, contact your bank or payment provider immediately to dispute the charge.
• Be prepared to provide evidence of the transaction and the issue.
Consider Selling Through Our Pre-Loved Club:
• For added protection, use our Pre-Loved Club platform.
• It offers secure transactions, making it a safer option than direct exchanges in the group.
