Shipping During the Warehouse Christmas Closure

Q: Will my order be shipped during the warehouse closure?

Our warehouse will be closed from 24th December to 6th January for the holiday season. During this time, no orders will be processed or shipped.

• Orders placed after 12 PM on 23rd December will be processed and shipped once the warehouse reopens on 7th January.
• Pre-orders and backorders: If your item was expected to ship during this period, please allow for additional delays as we resume normal operations after the closure.
