A faulty item includes:

• Manufacturing defects (e.g., stitching issues, major fabric flaws).

• Damage that occurred before the item was delivered.

Faults caused by improper care or wear and tear (e.g., washing on hot or tumble drying) may not be eligible for replacement or refund.
