• Gift Card vs. Order Number: Many customers confuse their order number with their gift card number. However, your gift card code is not your order number. Gift card codes are unique and are 16 characters long, consisting of a mix of letters and numbers.

• Check Your Email: Your gift card code was emailed to you when it was issued. Look for an email from us containing your code, and ensure you’re entering it correctly at checkout.

• Does Your Code End with “LC”? If the number you’re using ends with “LC,” that’s likely your order number, not your gift card code. Please use the correct gift card code to proceed.
