Can I Change My Order After Placing It?

We know mistakes can happen—that’s why every order has a 15-minute window where you can make changes yourself!

At the checkout confirmation page, you’ll see your order details along with an option to update information (like your delivery address) before it’s shipped.

After this 15-minute window has passed, we’re unable to make changes as your order will already be processing with our warehouse team. To avoid delays, we always recommend double-checking your details before confirming your order.
