We know mistakes can happen, which is why every order has a 30-minute window where you can make changes yourself.
After placing your order, you can click the button on your order confirmation page to go back and update details such as your delivery address or items, as long as it’s within that 30-minute timeframe.
Once the 30 minutes have passed, we’re unable to make changes as your order will already be processing with our warehouse team. To avoid delays, we always recommend double-checking your details before confirming your order.
