Can I Pick Up My Order From Your HQ in Burpengary?

Yes, we offer a pickup option from our HQ in Burpengary, Queensland! Here's everything you need to know:


How Does It Work?

  1. Select "Local Pickup" at Checkout: During checkout, choose the "Local Pickup" option instead of delivery. This ensures your order is held at our HQ for collection.
  2. Wait for Your Pickup Notification: Once your order is ready, you’ll receive an email notification confirming that it’s ready for collection. Please wait for this email before heading to our HQ.
  3. Bring Your Confirmation: When you come to pick up your order, make sure to bring a copy of your confirmation email for verification.

Pickup Times

Pickups are available during the following days and times:

  • Monday to Friday: 7:00 AM – 2:00 PM
  • Weekends and Public Holidays: Closed

Please plan your visit within these hours, as our team is only available during these times to assist with pickups.


Important Notes

  • Processing Time: Please allow up to 1–2 business days for us to prepare your order for pickup. You’ll be notified as soon as it’s ready.
  • Changes to Pickup: If you need to switch to delivery or have any issues with your pickup, email us at info@thelullabyclub.com.au, and we’ll help sort it out.
  • No On-Site Shopping: Please note that our HQ is a warehouse, not a retail store, so browsing or purchasing items on-site is not available.
