Who Is Responsible for Customs Fees?
All customs charges and taxes, including VAT (Value Added Tax), are the responsibility of the receiver. These fees are not included in the cost of your order or the shipping charge. The Lullaby Club does not cover or reimburse any customs-related fees.

- The parcel may be returned to us. In such cases, any return shipping fees incurred will be deducted from your store credit.

- If you refuse to pay customs fees and the package is returned to us, only the cost of the items (minus any additional shipping fees) will be credited.
