Yes, you can drop off your return at our warehouse, but there are a few important things to keep in mind:

1. Submit Your Return Online: You must first submit your return through our Returns Portal before bringing it to the warehouse.
2. Label Your Parcel: Your parcel must be clearly labeled with your order number and name. Returns without proper labeling will not be accepted.
3. No On-the-Spot Processing: We do not process returns on the spot. Our warehouse is not a storefront, so we do not have facilities for try-ons or immediate exchanges.
4. Processing Timeline: Your return will be processed once our team gets to it. This may take 2–4 business days from the time of drop-off.
5. Warehouse Hours: Our warehouse is open for drop-offs:
   • Monday to Friday: 7:00 AM–2:00 PM
   • Closed on weekends and public holidays
