Can I Get a Refund on My Order if I Process a Return for an Exchange?

No, refunds are not available for orders that have already been processed as an exchange. Here’s why:

• If your order number starts with #EX, it indicates that the original order was exchanged, and no money is attached to the new exchange order.

• Once an exchange is processed, the item is only eligible for another exchange, not a refund.
