How to Submit a Return with The Lullaby Club
We want to make your return process as smooth and stress-free as possible! If you need to send an item back, here’s what to do:
1. Visit Our Returns Portal
Head over to our Returns Portal to get started.
2. Enter Your Details
• Enter your order number (you’ll find this in your order confirmation email).
• Add your email address used to place the order.
3. Select Items for Return
• Choose the items you’d like to return or exchange.
• Follow the prompts to select your return type: store credit, exchange, or refund (if eligible).
4. Generate Your Label
• Once completed, you’ll receive a prepaid return label to print.
5. Pack and Ship Your Return
• Place your items in their original packaging (or something secure if that’s unavailable).
• Make sure to include a note with your order number for easy identification.
• Stick the return label on the package and drop it off at your nearest post office.
