To qualify for a refund, you must submit your return request within 30 days from the date your order was fulfilled. Please note the following conditions:
• Discount Codes or Promotions: If your purchase included a discount code, was part of a promotion (such as sale items, bundles, or other special offers), or you accepted a free gift, you will only be eligible for store credit. Refunds are not applicable in these cases.
• Exchanges for International Orders: Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges for international orders at this time. If you need to return an item, you will receive store credit in the value of the returned product.
• Store Credit: Any store credit issued will be valid for 3 years, giving you plenty of time to select another piece you’ll love!
We don’t offer return labels for international orders, but you’re welcome to send it back using your preferred mail service.
