1. Start Your Return: Head to our returns portal and select “Instant Exchange.”
2. New Item Sent Right Away: We’ll ship your exchange item immediately—no waiting around.
3. Payment Hold: A temporary hold is placed on your card for the full value of the exchange item.
4. Send Back Your Original: Use the return label provided to send your original item back to us.
5. Money Released (or Kept): Once your return arrives and passes inspection, the hold is released back to your card. If the original item isn’t returned, the held amount will be kept as payment for the new item.
