I Haven’t Received My Store Credit—What Can I Do?

We’re so sorry for the delay! If you haven’t received your store credit yet, here’s what you can do:

  1. Check Your Return Tracking:

• Use the tracking number provided with your return label to ensure your parcel has been delivered to us.

• If it hasn’t arrived yet, the delay may be due to shipping times.

  1. Check Your Emails:

• Look for an email from us with the subject line “Store Credit Issued”.

• Make sure to check your spam or junk folder, as the email may have landed there.

  1. Check Your Return Status:

• Once we receive your return, please allow 2–4 business days for our team to process it.

• If your return has been delivered but hasn’t been processed yet, we kindly ask for your patience. We’re working hard to handle all returns as quickly as possible!

  1. Reach Out to Us:

• If your tracking shows the parcel has been delivered and more than 4 business days have passed, please contact us at support@thelullabyclub.com.au with your order number or return request number, and we’ll investigate ASAP.
